Emma Gaedje is a designer at Madwell. Prior to joining Madwell, Emma was a maker intern at Red Tettemer O'Connell + Partners, an intern at DRI Relays Inc., and a site assistant at UD Art Department Mac lab. Emma has also worked as an undergraduate research assistant at Special Collections and Museums, and as a layout designer at The Review.

Emma Gaedje received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from the University of Delaware. Emma also participated in a study abroad program in Graphic Design and Advertising at the University of Delaware.

Their manager is Chris Sojka, Co-Founder & CCO. They work with Laura De La Cruz - Designer, Laura Wasson - Group Creative Director, and Devin Kharpertian - Associate Creative Director.
