Jordi Planella Ribera serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya since March 2004, complementing this role with titles such as Professor of Educational Theory and Director of the Randstad Foundation-UOC Chair on Disability, Employment, and Social Innovation. In the Chair, established in 2019, Jordi Planella Ribera focuses on enhancing the employability of individuals with disabilities through various educational and research initiatives.
