Sen is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in design and management. Currently serving as Creative Lead at Madras Global since March 2019, Sen has been instrumental in translating visual and verbal concepts into impactful digital and print advertising while providing creative direction to junior designers. Sen's previous role as Senior Visualizer at Ad2pro Media Solutions involved leading design reviews and managing a team of 35 designers, with a focus on skeuomorphic design concepts. Earlier experience as a Visual Designer at Universal Creative Design Studio involved setting product direction and managing a team of 10 designers, overseeing significant visual redesigns. Sen holds a diploma in printing - pre press from Salesian Institute of Graphic Arts, earned between 2001 and 2004.
