Adrian MacKenzie has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently, Adrian serves as NXD at UHG, Madman Film & Media, Ascender HCM, and Carriageworks, contributing to those organizations since 2014, 2015, and 2016, respectively. From 2013 to present, Adrian has been associated with Five V Capital, a growth partner for leading companies in Australia and New Zealand, embracing the principle of alignment. Prior experience includes a Managing Partner position at CVC Capital Partners from 1995 to 2012, and an Investment Executive role at J Henry Schroder Wagg & Co from 1992 to 1995. Adrian holds a BSc Hons in Technology & Business Studies from the University of Strathclyde, completed in 1992, following education at the High School of Glasgow.
