Shailesh Shanbhag has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Shailesh is currently working as an Associate Business Director at Madison World. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Business Lead at The Sign Company, specializing in providing innovative solutions for experiential marketing. Shailesh also served as a Procurement Manager at IFFCO Group and Frigorifico Allana Pvt Ltd, heading VM initiatives in India. Shailesh has also worked in procurement and operations roles at Blankslate, ITC Limited, Maximus (Aliagroup), and Digigraph. Shailesh began their career as a Production Manager at Inoways Display Services Pvt. Ltd. and has also worked at Sony Music Entertainment India and Pragati Offset Pvt. Limited in various roles.

Shailesh Shanbhag obtained a Diploma in Printing Technology from the Government Institute of Printing Technology in Mumbai from 1988 to 1992.
