Payal Shah has a solid work experience in the field of advertising and media, starting in 2009. Payal began their career as a Media Intern at Posterscope India before moving on to Law and Kenneth, where they completed an advertising internship in client servicing. In 2010, they joined Dentsu Aegis Network as a Media Executive at Posterscope India and steadily advanced to the position of Assistant Manager in Client Servicing. Shah then transitioned to Madison World, where they started as a Business Manager and progressed to roles such as Senior Business Manager, Associate Business Director, and most recently, Senior Business Director. Payal'stenure at Madison World began in 2014 and they are currently still working there.

From 2009 to 2010, Payal Shah attended Northpoint Centre Of Learning, where they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Mass Communication/Media Studies.
