Jessica Nye, CMP has over 14 years of experience in the events and hospitality industry. Jessica began their career in 2007 as a Project Coordinator at Madison Performance Group. In 2009, they moved to The New York Botanical Garden, where they served as Manager of Group Sales and Tourism and Group Tours Coordinator. In 2011, they became a Human Resources Administrator at Dassault Systemes, where they managed job interviews, reserved hotel and travel arrangements, and organized candidate presentations. In 2012, they took on the role of LDP Program Coordinator at Textron. In 2013, they became a Conference Planning Manager at ARAMARK, where they managed meeting and conference requests, coordinated efforts with Aramark and FDIC contacts, and created and analyzed event registrations and post-meeting surveys. In 2016, they took on the role of Account Manager, Travel Operations at USMotivation. In 2017, they moved to Sodexo, where they became the Director, Special Events & Catering Operations at the Zoo Atlanta. In this role, they maintained and developed client relationships, directed daily operations, supervised day-to-day work activities, managed the budget, identified potential problems, and planned, advised, and assisted with menu options and selections. In 2019, they became a Catering Manager at Sodexo, where they executed on-trend events, was responsible for client contact, event dining planning, pricing, negotiation, coordination, and implementation of catered dining arrangements, and ensured catering revenue growth and exceptional customer service. In 2022, they returned to Madison Performance Group as a Project Manager.

Jessica Nye, CMP obtained a degree in Event Management from Johnson & Wales University in 2007, with a focus in Sports/Entertainment/Events. In 2013, they obtained the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Convention Industry Council. In 2019, they obtained the ServSafe Manager certification from ServSafe Food Protection.
