Katie Munoz has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Katie currently holds the position of Vice President, Mortgage Operations at Madison Mortgage Services Inc. starting from October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Affordable Financial Services Ltd. as a Senior Loan Processor/Manager from December 2019 to September 2022. Katie also has experience at Mid-Island Mortgage Corp. as a Loan Processor from November 2013 to December 2019. Additionally, they worked at Guaranteed Home Mortgage Company, Inc. as a Processor from February 2013 to October 2013, and at Mortgage Enterprise, Ltd. as a Loan Coordinator from January 2012 to February 2013. Throughout their career, Katie has focused on providing excellent customer service, guiding clients through the mortgage process, and ensuring their needs are met.

Katie Munoz obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Suffolk County Community College between the years 2006 and 2010. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Bioscience at Farmingdale State College during the period of 2010 to 2018.
