Adil Shah has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Adil started their career at Harris Mackay Projects in 2015 as a Project Estimator, where they were responsible for construction estimates and assisting with site inspections. Adil then joined SAI Engineering Consultants Pty Ltd as a Junior Project and Sales Coordinator, where they coordinated projects, created quotations, and managed work contracts.

In 2017, Adil joined dormakaba as a National Sales and Project Coordinator. In this role, they scheduled sales meetings, prepared sales proposals and quotes, and delivered weekly sales forecasts. Adil then moved on to RS Components in 2019 as a Corporate Account Manager, where they developed business plans, built relationships with corporate customers, and ensured client orders were met.

At RS Components, Adil also took on the role of Tendering and Project Specialist, where they provided innovative solutions to client challenges and managed the sourcing and quotation process. Adil later became an Account Manager, achieving significant successes in securing tenders and contracts worth millions of dollars.

Most recently, Adil joined Madison Group Enterprises in 2022 as a BDM/Sales Engineer.

Adil Shah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical & Process Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, completing their studies from 2009 to 2013. Adil then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at Curtin University from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Adil Shah has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include "Analyzing Sales Competitors," "Sales Foundations," "Sales Fundamentals," "Key Account Management," "Buying on Ariba Discovery," "Learning Excel 2019," "Project Management Foundations: Small Projects," "SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration Overview," "Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners," "Excel: Advanced Formatting Techniques (365/2019)," and "Sales Pipeline Management." These certifications were obtained from various institutions such as LinkedIn and the Australian Institute of Management, with completion dates ranging from 2020 to 2022.
