Jim Dockendorff is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Madison Company since March 2021, Jim Dockendorff previously held significant roles including Chief Engineer at Gems Sensors, where leadership was provided for sensor R&D and custom OEM Liquid Level Sensors from January 1993 to November 2020. Earlier experiences include directing engineering efforts at Staveley Sensors for medical and industrial ultrasonic sensors and piezoelectric materials from September 1987 to October 1992, as well as leading development of sensor systems at Nova Biomedical and working on electro-mechanical ultrasonic scanners at Corometrics Medical Systems. Jim Dockendorff began a career as a Design Engineer and Manufacturing Team Leader at Picker International. Educational qualifications include an ASME in Mechanical Engineering from GNHSTC and an ASBA in Business Management from Becker College.
