Charles Hogan MRICS has extensive experience in project and cost management within the construction industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Caliba UK since November 2019, Hogan specializes in providing services to developers and contractors in the Essex and Greater London area. Hogan also holds the position of Commercial Manager at MadiganGill since October 2022. Prior roles include Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Berkeley Group Holdings Plc from December 2014 to November 2019, and Quantity Surveyor at Sir Robert McAlpine from January 2006 to December 2014. Hogan earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University between 2006 and 2011.
