Ala Alsallal has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ala is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at MadfooatCom, where they oversee a team of 120 employees and has successfully converted the company from a fintech startup to a profitable financial institution. Ala played a key role in the internal restructuring of the company to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Alsallal also established a strategy to expand the company's products and operations locally and globally, aiming to increase revenue, profitability, and defensibility.

Prior to their role at MadfooatCom, Alsallal held various positions at Jamalon, including Founder and Chairman from October 2010 to December 2020. Ala successfully bootstrapped the startup from their home and raised $16 million in funding from VCs, angel investors, and incubators. Under their leadership, Jamalon grew significantly with over 100 employees and operational hubs in multiple countries.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Alsallal worked at Consolidated Contractors International Company as a Business Intelligence Engineer and IT Support Engineer from 2008 to 2010. Ala also served as the CEO of Arab Panel, a web hosting company, from August 2007 to September 2008, where they managed daily operations and strategic planning.

Ala Alsallal has a diverse education history. In 2019, they attended INSEAD, where they studied "Leaders at Scale." Prior to that, from 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Science in Information Technologies and Telecommunications at Athens Information Technology. Ala completed their undergraduate studies in Computer Science from Jami'at Philadelphia Al-Khassa, where they earned a BSC degree from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, in 2015, Alsallal participated in the Executive Program at Harvard Business School, specializing in Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures.

Furthermore, they obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In 2006, they received the Microsoft Office Specialist: Word 2003 certification from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business.
