Eva Van Olphen currently serves as the Interim Human Resources Manager at Madern International and HR-manager at Madern Automation since May 2022. Prior to this role, Eva held the position of Senior HR-adviseur at itsme. from June 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included recruitment and involvement in various tactical and strategic HR projects. Additionally, Eva worked as an HR adviseur at Joanknecht & Van Zelst, focusing on operational HR matters and strategic HR initiatives from February 2015 to June 2017. Earlier experience includes positions as an Intercedent at Olympia Uitzendbureau and as a Junior HR-adviseur at Holland Casino, where initial HR foundations were established.
