Patrick Dossett has worked in various roles since 2002. Patrick began their career as an Officer in the US Navy, then served as an Intern at BP Capital in 2013 and Google in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Strategic Planning Manager at Energy Transfer. From 2011 to 2017, they were Co-Founder and Director of the Tip of the Spear Foundation. Patrick then worked as an Innovation & Program Management at Google from 2015 to 2017. Most recently, they have been the CEO and Teammate at Madefor since 2017.

Patrick Dossett received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Wharton School in 2014, with a focus in Entrepreneurial Management and Finance. In 2002, they graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. in Oceanography. Patrick also attended Harvard Business School Executive Education, completing courses in Disruptive Innovation with Clay Christensen and Strategy - Building and Sustaining Competitive Advantage.
