Shila Patel has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and software analysis. Shila started their career at TPP in 2005 as a Senior Manager of Business Analysis, where they worked for a decade before joining CURO Financial Technologies Corp as a Senior Software Analyst in 2015. After a year, they moved on to Communisis as a Senior Business System Analyst/Product Owner, where they worked for six years. Currently, Shila holds the role of Senior Business Analyst at Made Tech, starting in 2022.

Shila Patel attended Leeds Beckett University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Information Technology.
