Kelly Hardin has a diverse work experience in the creative and videography field. Kelly started their career in 2013 as a Director, Technical Director, Camera Operator, Engineer, and 2nd Unit Camera + Editor at Middle Tennessee State University EMC Productions. Kelly then worked as a Director, Writer, and Editor for a short film at the Murfreesboro 54 Film Festival in 2015. From 2011 to 2015, they were involved in various roles at Middle Tennessee Outdoor Pursuits, including Marketing Committee Leader and Outdoor Trip Leader. In 2014, they focused on creating sport documentaries for Middle Tennessee State University Athletics. In 2014-2015, they directed and edited a ten-minute documentary in Paris, France, as part of the Signature Documentary Abroad Program. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Videographer at Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary, creating a documentary on its history. Kelly also worked as a Photographer at Dimples Photography from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Made In Network as a Content Creator and New Project Lead and later became the Director of Creative Development in 2019.
Kelly Hardin earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Video & Film Production from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), where they attended from 2011 to 2015. In addition to this degree, Kelly also obtained certifications in Wilderness First Responder from the Wilderness Medicine Institute in May 2012. They also earned certifications in CPR and First Aid from Middle Tennessee State University, although specific dates are not provided.
