Derek O'Reilly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quantity surveying and commercial management. Currently serving as a Partner at Forttas since January 2014, Derek previously owned O'Reilly & Associates Limited, providing commercial, planning, and claims services to UK and international organizations from January 2009 to June 2014. Prior roles include Commercial Manager at PACE from October 2001 to December 2008, Managing Surveyor at Unilock Construction Limited from September 1997 to September 2001, and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Interserve from September 1989 to September 1997. Derek holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Wolverhampton, completed between 1989 and 1995, and attended St Jarlaths College from 1985 to 1989.
