Alice H. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Alice started their career as a Patronage Assistant at Musée du quai Branly in 2005 and later interned at Bouygues Telecom's Communication, Sponsoring, and Public Relations Department in 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Digital Account Manager Intern at Pernod Ricard, where they were involved in online communication and internal communication projects. Alice then interned at L'Oréal- LANCÔME in 2009, working on public relations and press relations in the skincare department.

Alice then transitioned into the advertising industry, starting as a Digital Project Manager/Chef de projet Digital at BETC Digital, where they managed various accounts such as Louis Vuitton and Kraft Food. Alice later became a Digital Account Manager and worked on projects related to e-CRM, website restructuring, social media management, mobile app development, and international coordination with Sanofi teams.

In 2013, Alice moved to Marcel Worldwide as an Account Director and was responsible for managing client accounts. Alice then worked as a Senior Account Director at BETC from 2015 to 2016. At KLEPIERRE, Alice served as a Branding & Content Manager - Marketing Group from 2016 to 2019.

Currently, Alice is at MADE.COM, where they hold the position of Head of Global Brand Strategy & International Activation. Alice leads the strategic development and positioning of the brand in different markets, focusing on brand value within the design community and implementation of out-of-the-box actions. Alice was previously the Head of Brand France & Spain, where they developed strategic brand positioning tailored to fit the local market and positioned MADE as a key player.

Overall, Alice H. has gained extensive experience in brand strategy, marketing, advertising, and digital project management throughout their career.

Alice H. started their education in 2002 at Lycée Montaigne in Paris, where they completed their Baccalauréat in Literature in 2003. Alice then attended Lycée Molière in Paris from 2003 to 2004, where they pursued Classe préparatoire - Hypokhâgne option AL with a focus on Literature. In the following year, from 2004 to 2005, they continued their studies at Lycée Molière in the Classe préparatoire Littéraire - Khâgne option AL program, again specializing in Literature. Afterward, Alice joined CELSA Paris-Sorbonne in 2006, where they completed both a Master's degree in Étude de la communication et des médias (Master 2) and another Master's degree in the School of Higher Studies in Information and Communication Sciences (C.E.L.S.A.) from Paris IV Sorbonne, graduating in 2010.
