Behar Veliqi is a technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and research. As Co-Founder and CTO of Maddox AI since September 2018, Behar has driven innovations in artificial intelligence. Prior to this role, Behar served as Research Software Lead Engineer at Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen from April 2018 to July 2019, contributing to projects within the cyber-valley initiative. Behar's experience also includes a position as Software Engineer at IBM, working on IBM Watson Analytics for Social Media from September 2015 to March 2018, and a role as Software Engineer at United Internet AG from August 2013 to July 2015. Earlier experience includes a Technical Student position at CERN in 2011 and a Research Assistant role at the Research Center for Information Technology in 2010-2011.
