Robert Maldonado has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Robert began their career as a Signal Support Systems Specialist in the US Army from 1994 to 1998, where they supervised, installed, maintained, and troubleshooted signal support systems and terminal devices. From 1998 to 2001, Robert served as a Signal Support Systems Specialist in the Army National Guard.

Following their military service, Robert founded their own IT consulting company called Nado Technologies in 1998. As the owner, they provided comprehensive IT consulting services to businesses in southeastern Michigan and offered network, PC, wireless, and security services. Robert successfully ran the business until 2014.

In 1998, Robert also joined Wayne State University Physician Group as a Senior Systems Administrator, where they worked until 2014. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in managing and maintaining the organization's systems.

From 2015 to 2019, Robert worked at Magni Coatings as an Infrastructure Project Manager. Robert was responsible for overseeing projects related to the company's infrastructure and ensuring their successful completion.
