Marita Pascoe currently serves as the Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing at Maddocks, a position held since July 2015, while also fulfilling the role of Senior People & Culture Business Partner. Prior experience includes a contract position as People & Performance Manager at Deloitte, where Marita Pascoe assisted with the transition of GMK Partners to Deloitte Private. Marita Pascoe was also the Head of Human Resources at GMK Partners Pty Ltd and served as Director of HR Inside, providing HR consulting and leadership programs. Earlier career experience includes serving as Human Capital Director at PwC from 2000 to 2006. Marita Pascoe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and HR Management from Victoria University.
