Asfuq Azam has a diverse education history. In 1994, they completed a Master's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Rajshahi University, Bangladesh. Asfuq then proceeded to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in the same field from the same university between 1991 and 1994. Prior to their university education, they completed their high school education in General Science at Carmichael College Rangpur, Bangladesh.
Asfuq also obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2002, they obtained a diploma in Education with a specialization in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Grameen Star Education Bangladesh. In 2003, they obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, including "2154B & 1561B: Implementing Administering and Designing Microsoft Windows Directory Services," "2153B & 2126B: Implementing and Managing Microsoft Windows Network Infrastructure and Environment," and "2151B & 2152C: Microsoft Windows Network and OS Essentials & Implementing Windows Professional & Server." Asfuq also earned a CompTIA A+ certification from Desktop Computer Service in the same year. In 2014, they obtained several certifications from Riverbed Technology, including "Riverbed Sales Associate," "Riverbed Sales Specialist," and "Riverbed Technical Sales Associate." Additionally, in 2002, they earned the NACSE Senior Network Specialist/Engineer (NSNS/NSNE) certification from Grameenphone Star Education.
