Paul Village has extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as Kitchen Manager at Mad Mex since November 2017. Previously, Paul held the position of Executive Chef at Walnut Grill from December 2012 to October 2017. Education includes an Associate's degree in specialized technology from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, attended from 2006 to 2007, as well as completion of studies at North Allegheny High School.
