Nora Marcy has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the VP of Human Resources - Technology at Macy's since April 2016, where responsibilities include providing guidance and support to a leadership team overseeing over 16,000 employees. Prior roles at Macy's include Regional HR Business Partner - Senior Principal, Regional HRBP Director, and Regional HR Director, with a focus on HR strategy, performance improvement, and change management. Previous experience at Macy's also includes roles such as District Director of Human Resources and Multi-Store Human Resources Manager, managing HR functions across multiple stores. Before joining Macy's, Nora served as the Cedar Point Area Manager in the Retail Division at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, overseeing retail operations within an amusement park. Nora earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Saint Vincent College in 2006.
