Currently, Jennifer holds the position of SVP- Regional Director of Stores at Macy's, overseeing multiple regions with a significant number of stores and employees. Prior to that, Jennifer has held leadership roles at Marshall Field & Company and Lord + Taylor, managing stores across different markets. Jennifer is a proactive and strategic leader with a strong background in driving revenue growth and enhancing operational efficiency. Jennifer holds dual Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Economics and French from Lake Forest College.
