Allison Johnson has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as an HR Operations Leader at Macy's since May 2008. Johnson has held several leadership positions at Macy's, including Vice President of Colleague Advisory, Regional Vice President of Associate & Labor Relations, and Regional Director of Executive Recruitment and Talent. Prior to Macy's, Johnson worked at Marshall Field's from 1995 to 2008, where roles included Regional Manager of Learning & Development and Group Human Resource Manager. Johnson holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from National Louis University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Psychology from Dominican University.
