Bal Heroor has a strong background in the technology industry, with over 13 years of experience. Bal is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Mactores, a company that specializes in modern data platform solutions. Since joining in 2008, Bal has been leading the company in empowering businesses to drive value through automation.

In 2018, Bal co-founded Aedeon, the first hyper-scale marketplace for data analytics and AI talent. This marketplace focuses on outcome-driven engagements with customers and provides top-tier talent to help businesses achieve their goals.

From 2015 to 2017, Bal served as the CTO and Co-founder of Mokloud Inc, where they played an integral role in developing and implementing their technology solutions.

Prior to that, Bal co-founded Gameizon in 2011. This company aimed to revolutionize socializing about live cricket and soccer through existing social networking platforms. They developed multiple genres of social games to enhance the excitement of live sporting events.

Throughout their career, Bal has demonstrated their expertise in technology and business leadership, consistently driving innovation and success in the companies they have worked with.

Bal Heroor completed their high school education at K J Somaiya College of Science & Commerce Vidyanagar Vidyavihar Mumbai 400 077 from 2001 to 2002, focusing on the field of Science. Bal then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Bal Heroor has obtained various certifications. Bal obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification from Cisco in March 2002 and the Microsoft Certified System Engineer certification from Microsoft in December 2001. In December 2004, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Solution Developer certification from Microsoft. Bal Heroor also holds the Cisco Certified Network Professional certification from Cisco, which they obtained in June 2007.

In recent years, Bal Heroor has been focusing on obtaining certifications related to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Bal became an AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional in August 2020. Bal then obtained the AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2021. Additionally, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services in May 2021.
