Samson Omoyeni is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resource operations. Currently serving as the Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at MacTay Consulting since February 2022, Samson previously held multiple roles at Workforce Group from November 2014 to February 2022, including Head of Operations, HR Generalist, HR Operations Analyst, and Verification Analyst & Archivist. With over five years of expertise in developing talent management strategies, enhancing HR processes, and managing employee relations, Samson is adept at coordinating HR activities for numerous clients, supervising teams, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Samson holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State.
