Minna Long is an experienced professional with a diverse background in travel, hospitality, and customer service. At Macs Adventure since April 2016, Minna has excelled as both a Product Manager and Product Executive, focusing on the development of self-guided walking itineraries, conducting competitor and price analysis, and enhancing customer experiences through effective communication and collaboration with local suppliers. Previously, Minna served as an Adventure and Destination Specialist within the Sales Team at Macs Adventure, demonstrating an ability to convert customer interest into bookings.
