Takashi Sasaki currently serves as Vice President and Head of Legal & GA at MACROMILL, INC. since October 2023. Prior to this role, Takashi held multiple positions at Tabist from October 2019 to September 2023, including Executive Officer and Head of Legal, Marketing & Operations, and Senior Legal Counsel. Takashi's legal career began at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, where tenure lasted from December 2009 to September 2019 as a Senior Associate, focusing on finance, joint ventures, compliance, investigations, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, with secondments to Citi Group Japan and Autobacs Co., Ltd. for additional experience. Takashi earned an LLM from UCLA in 2016, a professional doctorate in law from Waseda University in 2008, and a Bachelor of Laws from Keio University in 2006.
