Megan Holland has worked in the technology industry since 2010. Megan began their career at Silent Solutions, Inc., where they served as a Programmer Analyst from 2010 to 2012. Megan then moved to the Election Assistance Commission, US, where they worked as a Computer Engineer from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Macro Solutions as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Business Analyst/Tester.

Megan Holland earned their Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from The George Washington University - School of Engineering & Applied Science between 2006 and 2010. Megan has also obtained various certifications, including Kanban Management Professional (LeanKanban University, June 2019), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (Scrum Alliance, July 2021), Certified ScrumMaster (Scrum Alliance, May 2016), Project Management Professional (Project Management Institute, February 2019), Certified Advanced Business Analyst (Business Training Institute), and Certified Software Tester- Foundation Level (ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board).
