Meagan is a global operations and administrative professional with over two decades of experience leading successful organisation operations, improving company systems and helping shape the direction of organisations working in global development.
An alumna of The Ohio State University where she double majored in Social Work and Business, Meagan started her career supporting operations + human resources for several technology start-ups. She then moved to Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation where she pursued a fulfilling ten-year career across the Human Resource and Administration department managing a globally dispersed team.
Her culmination of experiences working with colleagues spread across the globe has cemented her passion of leading others, embracing diversity and prioritizing a healthy work culture.
When Meagan is not managing a global operation, she is pursuing her personal humanitarian work by being a resource parent, advocate and mentor for foster children, a top fundraiser for Multiple Sclerosis, and an active member of the DC and Alexandria CERT teams (Community Emergency Response Team). In the past years, she has fundraised for various causes including; Malaria, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Juvenile Diabetes, Homeless Shelters and local services assisting low-income families.
