Kelsey Searles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both entrepreneurship and technology consulting. As Co-Founder of MiliMili since September 2018, Kelsey manages the creation of bold and colorful nursery goods produced from soft bamboo fibers in Los Angeles. Concurrently, Kelsey has served as Head of California Accounts at MACRO.CCS, Inc. since September 2010, leading efforts to maximize clients' technology investments. Previous roles include Lead Organizer for the Los Angeles High Scalability MeetUp, where Kelsey coordinated technical gatherings focused on scaling technologies, and positions in interior design, including Interior Design Consultant at K. Charlotte Associates and Project Manager at ELIZABETH DINKEL DESIGN ASSOCIATES, INC. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California in 2007.
