David Greenwood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational management and leadership within the tourism and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as General Manager for IFS Cloud Cable Car at FirstGroup plc since June 2023, David previously held significant roles including Attraction and Venues Director at ArcelorMittal Orbit and General Manager at Delaware North UK, where responsibilities encompassed full P&L ownership and operational oversight. Prior to these roles, David was instrumental in driving premium experiences at the Coca-Cola London Eye and held various managerial positions at Skene House HotelSuites. Educated with a Master's in International Tourism Management and a Bachelor's in Tourism and Hospitality Management, David also completed an international internship at Walt Disney World.
