Mercy Ndema has over 13 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a Spectrum Planning Officer at Macra since December 2010, where responsibilities include managing radio frequency assignments, coordinating cross-border radio frequencies, and advising radio operators on optimal spectrum management practices. Prior to this role, Mercy worked as an NMC Engineer at Airtel from February 2006 to December 2009, focusing on mobile network surveillance, first-level maintenance, and radio network performance reporting.
