Lea Banducci, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Macquarie AirFinance since September 2007. In this role, Lea leads the Global HR function and collaborates with the leadership team on various HR activities, including policy development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management. Prior to this, Lea held the position of Director of Human Resources, where substantial HR infrastructure and processes were developed. Earlier in the career, Lea worked at GATX from July 1997 to August 2007 as Manager of Contract Administration, overseeing a team responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial aircraft. Lea holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
