Tess Shorney is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Associate Director at Macquarie Asset Management and Macquarie Group since July 2003. Tess leads the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team for Macquarie Asset Management Group, a top global asset manager with $A495 billion in assets under management. Key responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across various financial metrics, as well as managing teams in Sydney, London, and India. Prior roles included FP&A Specialist for Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, where Tess oversaw forecasting and budgeting while presenting to senior stakeholders. Additional experience includes financial management for Macquarie European Infrastructure Funds and roles in fund accounting and financial analysis.
