Elias Alcantara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social impact strategy and public policy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Macquarie Group since September 2018, Elias previously held roles such as Vice President and founded Bronx Element Strategies (BESt), a consulting firm specializing in strategic engagement and public-private partnerships. In addition to practical experience, Elias served as a Guest Lecturer at Lehman College and as Senior Associate Director in the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs at The White House, where responsibilities included liaising with local officials. Earlier experience includes a United States Fellowship at Organización de los Estados Americanos and a role at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Elias is an alumnus of Lehman College and holds a Master of Arts in International Studies from Universidad de Chile.
