Roman K. is an accomplished engineering manager currently serving at MacPaw Inc. since March 2023, with a robust career spanning over a decade in various engineering and management roles. Prior to MacPaw, Roman held the position of Sr. Engineering Manager at PandaDoc from December 2021 to February 2023 and served as Delivery Manager at Tacans for six months in 2021. Roman's experience also includes significant leadership roles at Intellecteu, where responsibilities included managing integration solutions and CI/CD workflows, and as a Software & Automation Engineer at Barclays Investment Bank, focusing on environment management and business automation. Roman has a strong technical foundation in risk management, application support, and network engineering, having begun as a Network Support Engineer at LLC "VOLZ" and later worked as an IP/MPLS network planning engineer at Kyivstar GSM. Roman holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.”
