Mitch Kraus has over twenty-five years of experience in the telecommunications industry. In 1991, they began their career as a Communications Network Consultant for Executone Information Systems, Inc., where they analyzed prospective PBX customer voice, data, and video services. In 1996, they became a Senior Marketing Representative for IBM Corp., where they were responsible for marketing the IBM Personal Systems Group's client computing hardware portfolio. In 2002, they were hired by Dell, Inc. as a Major Accounts Manager, running their education and healthcare business for premier accounts in the states of NJ, PA, and DE. In 2005, they started Vigere, LLC as an independent financial notes brokerage. In 2007, they were hired by GovConnection, Inc. as a Business Development Manager for their K-12/Higher Education/Healthcare/State & Local Government portfolio. In 2008, they became a National Sales Executive for Pitney Bowes Management Services, responsible for selling their mailstream, printstream, RIM, and communications solutions. In 2011, they were hired by Plantronics, Inc. as a Senior Territory Manager for their Fortune 500 business. Most recently, in 2018, they were hired as the Director of Business Development for Macondo Networks, where they are responsible for expanding the reach of the Macondo Networks value proposition.
Mitch Kraus attended Penn State University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a B.S. in Quantitative Business Analysis.
