Kris Hiebner is an experienced chemistry professional with a diverse background in academia and industry. Currently serving as Executive Media Editor at Macmillan Learning since July 2013, Hiebner has also held positions such as Senior Media Editor and Lead Content Developer, focusing on chemistry content for digital platforms. Prior work includes a role as a Lecturer in Chemistry at Concordia College and multiple positions at the University of Nebraska, where responsibilities ranged from postdoctoral research to teaching assistance. Hiebner holds a PhD in Biomaterials and Analytical Chemistry from the University of Nebraska, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Bethel College.
