Basil Badir has been with MacLean Power Systems since August 1997, holding various titles such as Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Senior Design Engineer. Basil has been responsible for implementing processes and products from inception, managing large capital projects that resulted in increased sales, and leading design engineering initiatives. Prior to joining MacLean Power Systems, Badir worked at CSF / Automation Plus as a Project Engineer and at Rockford Products, LLC as a Manufacturing Engineer. Basil holds a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
