Muthumal Soyza currently serves as the Head of International Business Development at Macksons Paints Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. since May 2024. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Diesel & Motor Engineering PLC from February 2007 to April 2024, where Muthumal Soyza held various positions, including Deputy General Manager, overseeing Myanmar operations and new business development. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA in Accounting from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, Australia (2024), an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Asia e University (2018), a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing-SLIM (2010), and a BBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura (2007).
