Kristi Papp has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Kristi began their career as a Social Worker at Cann River Bush Nursing Centre in 1997. Kristi then worked as a Family Services Practitioner at Gippsland Lakes Complete Health from 1998 to 2001. From 2001 to 2006, they served as a Families First Therapeutic Practitioner at Anglicare Victoria. Kristi joined Bellarine Community Health in 2007 as an Adult Health Team Coordinator and later moved to Bethany Group - Community Support and Kindergarten Services, where they worked as a Family Services Practitioner and an On-call FV worker. In 2009, they became a Team Leader of Family Services at IPC Health and also served as the Family Violence Project Lead. At Anglicare Victoria, they worked as a Caring Dads Coordinator from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Children, Families, and Community at MacKillop Family Services since 2022.
Kristi Papp completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Monash University, a four-year program from 1993 to 1997. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Domestic and Family Violence Practice degree from CQUniversity from 2020 until 2022. In addition to their formal education, Kristi obtained a certification in Healthcare Design from RMIT University in June 2021.
