Steve Caguiat has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Steve started their career as a Product and Brand Manager at Kimberly-Clark, where they handled the Kitchen Towels and Napkins product line. Steve then worked at NEBS, initially as a Senior Product Manager for checks, eventually becoming the Marketing Director and later the General Business Manager for Services. Steve was responsible for various initiatives, including product rationalization, direct marketing campaigns, and market research. Following their time at NEBS, Steve joined Vantage Deluxe World Travel as the Director of Customer Relationship Marketing. Here, they streamlined web and email marketing efforts, managed lead generation, and oversaw public relations.
In 2002, Steve founded their own business called A Little Corner of Spain, an online store selling Spanish gourmet food, housewares, and cooking lessons. Steve successfully launched the business within six months, conducting market research, outlining brand and product strategy, sourcing products, and building an e-commerce website.
Later, Steve joined Software MacKiev, where they held various roles, starting as the Director of Sales & Marketing, then becoming the Director of the Publishing Division, and ultimately the Vice President of the Publishing Division. Steve was responsible for growing over ten famous brands, expanding the division into multiple channels and countries.

Steve Caguiat completed their high school education at Trinity High School in NYC from 1975 to 1979. Steve then pursued a bachelor's degree in Economics at Williams College, graduating in 1983. Following their undergraduate studies, Steve attended The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Business Management.
