Jerri D. is a civil engineer with experience in various roles at Mackie Consultants, LLC, where progression from Civil Engineering Intern to Civil Engineer II occurred between January 2022 and the present. Additionally, Jerri served as Concrete Canoe Chair for the American Society of Civil Engineers at the University of Illinois Chicago from August 2021 to May 2022, leading the research and construction of a concrete canoe for competition while overseeing team meetings and mix design development. Prior intern experience includes a position with the Chicago Transit Authority from September 2021 to January 2022. Jerri holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Materials Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and an Associate of Science in Applied Mathematics from Waubonsee Community College.
