Ileana Chintea is a dedicated research analyst specializing in equities and non-traditional assets at Queen's Women Investors since September 2022, where contributions include preparing presentations on private equity and facilitating team discussions. As Co-Chair and Logistics Director for the Smith Leadership in Business Conference since November 2020, Ileana manages financial statements, budget creation, and logistical coordination. Additional experience includes an investment management internship at Mackenzie Investments, as well as leadership roles within the Inter-Collegiate Business Competition, focusing on alumni and judge coordination, and marketing initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and further studies at Luiss Business School.
