Heather Davis, PE, is a seasoned Project Manager at MacKay Sposito, with extensive experience in master planning and project management for large-scale developments, including a 460-acre community in Hillsboro and various projects for the City of Vancouver. Heather began their career at CES NW Inc, where projects involved storm drainage and utility design.
