Melissa Rogers serves as the Chief Customer Experience Officer and Executive Manager of Shared Services at Mackay Regional Council since August 2019, where responsibilities include operational and strategic leadership of the Shared Services Centre. With a career that includes pivotal roles in corporate communications and marketing at both Mackay Regional Council and North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation, Melissa has developed and implemented effective communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Digital Marketing from CIM and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Southern Queensland.
