Lissa Carroll is an experienced professional in the field of support services for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Currently serving as an Area Manager at MacIntyre since August 2021, Lissa focuses on enabling adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilled lives. Previously, Lissa held the role of Registered Locality Manager at Walsingham Support from August 2010 to August 2021, overseeing residential and supported living services. Earlier experience includes positions as a Project Worker at Turning Point, where Lissa provided supported living services from September 2005 to August 2010, Community Support Worker at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust for mental health services from February 2001 to January 2005, and Nursing Assistant at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, specializing in mental health intensive rehabilitation from April 1996 to February 2003.
